If an athlete is to be an elite one, they usually have exemplary mental skills, Team IQ, Healthy Habits, Focus, and are happy, yes happy. Teaching athletes mental skills is like giving them the gift or social skills with the added bonus of preventing phone addiction and mental health issues.
